6. Health and Safety

We maintain a positive learning environment through age-appropriate behavior expectations and guidance.

7.2 Disciplinary Actions

Persistent behavioral issues will be addressed through consultation with parents/guardians. In severe cases, suspension or termination of services may be necessary.

Parents/guardians are responsible for:

9. Intellectual Property

All educational materials, curricula, and content developed by Blissful Grove remain our intellectual property. Parents may not reproduce or distribute these materials without written consent.

10. Photography and Media

We may take photographs and videos of children for educational documentation and promotional purposes. Parents will be notified and may opt-out of such activities.

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes will be resolved through appropriate legal channels in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
